Sue
|
Sue discovered Provincetown after a day of surfing at Coast Guard beach in 1966, when she and a group of friends decided to follow Route 6 to the end. Struck by its natural beauty and easy village lifestyle, she returned frequently thereafter, purchased a vacation property in 1993 and made Provincetown her full time home in 1995.
In her 'past life', Sue spent many years in the food and retail industries in the areas of operations management and corporate training. In 1995, she purchased the Provincetown Cheese Market and Deli turning an already successful business into a thriving establishment. After selling the business in 1999, Sue began what has been a very successful real estate career.
All of Sue's business practice has had a client/customer focus. She has taken that experience and her extensive knowledge about Provincetown and the Outer Cape and used it to help her clients, both buyers and sellers, in their important real estate decisions. In addition to residential property sales, her real estate expertise includes property management, renovations, condo conversions, new home construction, land sales, guest house and commercial sales.
With Atlantic Bay Sotheby's International Realty, Sue works with a team of five other broker associate professionals, a unique model for the real estate industry, which enables her to provide her clients with an unmatched level of service and expertise. Sue enjoys boating, travel, music, theater, playing tournament poker and is an avid Red Sox and Patriots fan. She spent ten years as a member of the Provincetown Finance Committee and volunteers for and supports many local organizations.
